'Airplane' Formation
Stu McCurdy sent a few pics taken at SnF 2002, showing the RV formation flights. 

Here they are in the "airplane" formation. That's Stu in the lead, #2 is Bill Schwoeble (Lockhart), #3 is Mike McMain (Waco), #4 is Lowell LeMay (Lago Vista) #5-#8 are from the Mid-Atlantic Coast Wing (DC area).

Now, Stu didn't want me to say anything, but a little bird told me that his RV-8 won an award at Sun-N-Fun! Congrats, Stu! And he wasn't the only local boy to bring home some hardware. Here's the complete list:
