Inspector selection and information

Three trips for
1. up front
2. at end (specifically engine)
3. before the wings are closed, before fuselage closed


Dick Dumler, DAR, likes to see project several times primarily to the end;

important to interview prior to selection
FAA SA site has list

FAA will come out on their schedule for Free, good for legalities

Sensative to 25 vs 40 hours fly-off
different on fly off area (sometimes 300 miles)
important in first phase to spec out airplane
51% rule important
buying complete parts, need to get statement
a commiteee meeting (with D Vangrunsun)
