Inspector selection and information
Three trips for 1. up front 2. at end (specifically engine) 3. before the wings are closed, before fuselage closed
Dick Dumler, DAR, likes to see project several times primarily to the end;
important to interview prior to selection FAA SA site has list
FAA will come out on their schedule for Free, good for legalities
Sensative to 25 vs 40 hours fly-off different on fly off area (sometimes 300 miles) important in first phase to spec out airplane 51% rule important buying complete parts, need to get statement a commiteee meeting (with D Vangrunsun)
